These Terms of Use are a plain-language companion to the full Terms of Service. They summarize the most relevant points in clear language. They do not replace the full Terms of Service, which govern the legal relationship between you and Automorphic.

Using Automorphic

Automorphic provides web-based tools and related services. Use the Service responsibly and follow the rules in the Terms of Service. Create an account with accurate information and keep your password secret.

What you can and cannot do

You can create, store, and manage your content using the features provided. You cannot use the Service for illegal activities or to harm others. You cannot attempt to break or abuse our systems, access other users accounts, or reverse engineer our code except where allowed by law.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. By using the Service you give us permission to store and display your content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid features require a subscription or payment. Billing terms will be shown when you sign up. You can cancel according to those terms. Contact support for questions about billing.

Our promises and limits

We aim to provide a reliable Service but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We limit our liability as described in the full Terms of Service.

Ending access

You may delete your account or stop using the Service. We may suspend or remove accounts that break the rules. Deleting an account may not remove all copies of your content from backups for a period required by our retention policies.
